Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the use of the OneMCP service, an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that aggregates French and European public data, available in local mode (open source) and hosted mode (API).

2. Access to the service

Local mode: The code is available under the MIT license. No signup required. No account needed.

Hosted mode: Access to the api.onemcp.fr API requires an API key. The Free plan (1,000 calls/month) is accessible without a credit card.

3. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use OneMCP to:

Build mass databases for non-consented commercial solicitation
Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
Resell API access without prior agreement
Engage in any activity unlawful under GDPR or French/European law

4. Data and liability

OneMCP aggregates official public data. Despite our best efforts, the accuracy and completeness of the data are not guaranteed. Primary sources take precedence.

OneMCP cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the data returned.

5. Availability

OneMCP strives to keep the service available 24/7. No SLA is guaranteed on the Free and Pro plans. A 99.9% SLA is available on request (Scale/Enterprise plan).

6. Changes to these terms

OneMCP reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email 30 days before any material change.

All prices are shown excluding tax. French VAT applies according to current regulations.

8. Billing and payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly via automatic direct debit. No card details are stored by OneMCP.

In case of payment failure, access is maintained for 7 days then suspended until the issue is resolved.

9. Refunds

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to any new subscriber (in accordance with the French Consumer Code). Beyond that period, no refund is granted for the current period. Unused quota does not carry over.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe customer portal or by contacting contact@onemcp.fr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

11. BYOK mode (Bring Your Own Keys)

Users who bring their own API keys for premium connectors (INSEE, INPI, EPO…) receive a 50% discount on their plan rate. This discount is applied automatically when the account is created.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
